• Derogatory content that is considered racist, sexist, homophobic, etc.
• Use for AI training or NFT/blockchainI will also generally reject requests of character designs that are beyond my capabilities, such as complex machinery, excessive detail or patterning, and elaborate character designs. I also reserve the right to refuse any requests that aren't listed above that I deem too complex or not tasteful. If any details are missing or need further explanation, I will contact you.During the process of your commission you will be updated regularly on progress. During the initial sketch process, you will be consulted on any major changes that you may want. Major changes include:
• Major composition changes (pose, extra props, background, etc.)
• Complex character details (complex patterning, extra limbs or protrusions, etc.)
• Complete outfit changes
• Any other detail that would become difficult to change after the initial sketch periodPROCESS
After the sketch has been approved, I will send an invoice for payment. Work will start once I receive payment, after this point, I will not accept any further major changes to the piece unless I am compensated otherwise. Minor changes are accepted, such as:
• Colour changes (that do not require a complete repainting of the entire piece)
• Post-processing/filters
• Minor character details (small accessories, minor patterning, hairstyle, etc.)PAYMENT
Once your submission has been submitted, I will get in contact with you to confirm the details and pricing of your request, as well as work out any concerns that might arise. Once everything is approved, I will inform you of where you are on my queue and will start working on your piece once I am available to do so. Initial pencil sketches will be sent your way for approval, after which I will send an invoice for the full piece. I will not work on the rest of your piece until the initial sketches have been approved and I have received payment.I will quote you and get confirmation on pricing before invoicing. I do not accept partial payments, or payment at the end of an order. All payment is through invoicing only. Please do not give me paypal.me links, I only need your paypal Email in full.By choosing to get a commission from me you are thereby agreeing to the fact you will not be refunded/cannot ask for a refund of full payment once the end of the commission is met and the picture is nearly or entirely complete.If you request a refund partway through the commission, you will receive a partial refund for the work already put in. You are eligible for a full refund if an established time period has passed with no update or final product; typically this time period is within 1 week to 3+ months, depending on the order. The time frame will be established upon approving your request.
